Human-in-the-Loop Controller / AI News Editor

Do you work at the intersection of journalism, ethics and technology? Our AI models generate news bulletins and automated newsreaders at lightning speed. As an AI News Controller, you're the crucial human factor before the AI newsreader goes live — you hold the proverbial ‘red button’.

About the role

You monitor the output of our AI news generation and virtual presenters, and step in before publication to correct hallucinations, errors or ethical missteps. You check not just the text, but also how the AI presenter — voice, intonation, emotion and avatar — conveys the message.

What you'll do

  • Real-time pre-publication checks on factual accuracy, sourcing and legal risk
  • Quality control of the synthetic voice and visual output
  • Direct intervention: pausing processes, rewriting text and adjusting output
  • Providing feedback to the tech team to refine AI models and guardrails

What we ask

  • Sharp eye and ear: you effortlessly spot hallucinations and robotic language
  • Resilient under pressure and decisive — not afraid to make the final go/no-go call

What we offer

  • A pioneering role at the forefront of the latest media technology
  • Direct impact: you help ensure AI is used in a reliable, responsible way
