They also tell you what they can't deliver. That's honest, at least.

Customer story

A partnership in the spotlight

A closer look at how DolfijnFM uses WNC — from the challenge they faced to the result today.

DolfijnFM

Radio station, Curaçao · long-time customer
Challenge

DolfijnFM has been a satisfied customer of WNC’s world news bulletin for years. Recently they also wanted to add regional news for Curaçao — initially recorded by the DJs themselves, but the editorial team was looking for a step up in professionalism without costing the DJs extra time.

Solution

DolfijnFM’s editorial team now puts the regional news straight into a shared Google document. From there it’s fully automated and voiced by two of WNC’s AI voices, Frans and Lucas — without any involvement from the DJs themselves.

Result

Consistent, professionally voiced regional news updates alongside the world news, without adding to the editorial team’s workload. Any small tweaks requested are picked up by WNC right away.

“Compliments for the feedback email. A lot of companies leave their customers hanging after one email — you don’t.”
